Our service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to conduct mock interviews. How we handle your data depends on the type of assessment:

Self-practice assessments:

• Audio is processed in real-time and not stored. We store the transcript of the conversation (not the audio itself).

Recruiter-sent assessments (when you receive an assessment link from a recruiter):

• Audio is recorded and stored for 30 days. The recruiter who sent the assessment will have access to the audio recording and transcript.

For all assessments:

• Your voice input is transmitted to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Deepgram) for transcription and generating interview feedback.
• We do not use your personal voice recordings to train our AI models.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

• Transcripts: Deleted after 45 days.
• Code and assessment notes: Retained while your account is active.
• Inactive accounts: All data deleted after 24 months of inactivity.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including:

• The right to request access to your personal data.
