By accessing and using AlgoVoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

AlgoVoice provides AI-powered mock interview services for software engineers. Our service includes voice-based technical interviews, real-time feedback, and performance analysis. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for educational and practice purposes only.

3. Booking and Payments

Pricing: Interviews are charged at $39 per session. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule your interview up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. If technical issues on our end prevent the interview from taking place, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate the AI system.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Harass or abuse the system or support staff.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AlgoVoice, including but not limited to the AI models, code, design, and feedback generation systems, are the exclusive property of AlgoVoice and its licensors.

7. Disclaimers

No Job Guarantee: AlgoVoice is a practice tool. We do not guarantee employment or specific interview outcomes at any company.

AI Limitations: Our service uses Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or misleading. You should verify important information independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlgoVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
